Note: If you are accessing e-Draw as part of an integrated deployment with enLabel’s IPM or eIFU platforms, please contact your designated IPM / eIFU support channels or program leads for assistance per your enterprise agreement.

Q:How do I register for e-Draw?
A:Create a free account using your email—no credit card required. No payment or charges are applied
Q:What do I need to get started?
A:Just a modern browser. e-Draw is cloud-based and ready immediately. e-Draw may also be installed on your work station for offline work.
Q:Where are my files stored?
A:e-Draw stores files either locally or in your connected cloud repository (enLabel IPM, enLabel eIFU, Google Drive, OneDrive, GitHub, etc.). By registering for e-Draw you automatically receive an account in eIFU.com where you can store your work in eIFU.com collections.
Q:Can I access my files from multiple devices?
A:Yes. Files saved to the cloud are accessible from any device.
Q:Do I need to install anything?
A:No. e-Draw is fully web-based—no installation needed. Unless you would like a local version of e-Draw on your workstation – in this case you follow the installation guided once logged in to e-Draw for locally installed version of the software.
Q:What browsers are supported?
A:Chrome, Firefox, Edge, and Safari (latest versions).
Q:Can I collaborate with others on a design?
A:Yes. Share files through your connected cloud storage or export designs to team members.
Q:Does e-Draw integrate with IPM or eIFU?
A:If you're part of an enterprise deployment using IPM or eIFU, e-Draw may be integrated as a module. Please contact your IPM/eIFU support team directly.
Q:Is e-Draw really free?
A:Yes. e-Draw is completely free to use, with no fees or subscriptions. Fees and subscriptions may apply if you are using supported repositories as per the terms and conditions of the applicable repositories that you use such as collaboration and integrations using enLabel IPM, enLabel eIFU, Google Drive, OneDrive, GitHub, etc..
Q:Do I need a license key?
A:Not for e-Draw. For IPM or eIFU access, licensing is managed via your enterprise agreement. Other repositories and/or integrations may have their respective licensing, terms and conditions.
